Data protection
Documents, biometrics, and reports are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest using AES-256. Access is gated through SSO + MFA and logged for audit.
Operational oversight
Background checks run in segregated environments with least-privilege service accounts, automated backups, and disaster-recovery runbooks tested quarterly.
Compliance support
We map processes to CBK, ODPC, and ISO 27001 expectations, provide DPAs upon request, and maintain Kenyan data residency for regulated checks.
