Data collection
We only capture information required to complete identity, criminal, CRB, education, licensing, and employment checks. Applicants provide consent and upload evidence through secure flows.
Usage & sharing
Data is used to fulfil verification requests and shared only with accredited Kenyan authorities, bureaus, or institutions involved in that check. We never resell applicant information.
Retention & deletion
Each check type has a defined retention period aligned with ODPC guidance. Reports can be exported for your records, and deletion requests can be initiated at any time by emailing info@cazini.co.ke.
